Weekly Meal Plan #1

Breakfast Options:
  • Cereal
  • Fruit
  • Oatmeal
  • Raspberry Coffee Cake
Lunch Options:
  • Sandwiches
  • Veggies
  • Fruit
  • Cheese
  • Crackers
  • Pepperoni
  1. Hamburgers with fries and salad
  2. Spaghetti with meatballs and salad
  3. Chicken sandwiches with veggies and rice
  4. Veggie fried rice
  5. Smoked sausage with peppers / onions and baked sweet potato
  6. Baked potato with salad
  7. Chicken Stir Fry with noodles
My weekly budget for meals for five people is $100 or less.  I do allow the children to choose between a few options for breakfast and lunch.  These options vary slightly from week to week.  Fruit and vegetables vary based on what is in season and what is on sale.
